With extensive courtroom experience, Kevin is accomplished in providing his clients with comprehensive, educational, and accurate advice on criminal matters, a wide variety of family law issues, and various other areas of law.
Kevin became a lawyer for a simple reason: he has a passionate desire to help people. He finds the practice of law gives him the unique opportunity to provide empathetic and individualized attention to each client's issues, and to zealously advocate for their rights. Kevin prides himself on negotiation tactics that produce gains for his clients but doesn't hesitate to deploy his skills in the courtroom should reaching a settlement be impossible.
Kevin studied Political Science and Economics at Penn State University prior to receiving his law degree from the University of Denver. While pursuing his undergraduate degrees, Kevin travelled to India where he researched microlending policies and economic issues in the developing world. He continued this interest while at law school, and worked in South Africa at an NGO. He then went on to represent clients at the Public Defender's office, various nonprofit organizations, as well as private firms. This varied background has informed Kevin's perspective as an attorney, with the central underpinning being his empathy for his clients' circumstances. Kevin's clients are involved throughout the process and as such, Kevin gets to know the facts in a manner that makes him better prepared to implement a case strategy that meets your specific goals. In his free time, Kevin enjoys meditation, camping, and fly-fishing.
