Andrew is a Colorado native and has lived throughout the Front Range for most of his life. He's worked in litigation for over a decade and has helped thousands of people to protect their rights and successfully navigate the legal system.
Andrew worked in law enforcement prior to attending Texas A&M University School of law, where he graduated at the top of his class. Since then, Andrew has gained extensive experience with complex divorce and child custody issues as well as protection orders and criminal matters ranging from petty offenses to serious felonies.
Andrew has practiced in courts all across Colorado. He began his legal career as a Deputy State Public Defender in the Colorado Springs office before transitioning into private practice where he went on to manage the Colorado Springs branch of a large national family law firm. Before landing at the Law Office of Alexandra White, Andrew headed the criminal defense division of a highly respected Fort Collins law firm where he represented clients facing allegations including domestic violence and sexual assault. Notably, Andrew represented a father facing false allegations of felony domestic violence and child abuse, which kept him from seeing his young old son for nearly two years. Andrew took the case to a jury trial and received not guilty verdicts on all charges. Andrew also represented high-profile clients in white collar charges stemming from a grand jury indictment of over 30 felony criminal charges including theft, fraud, forgery, money laundering, and racketeering. Andrew assisted in negotiating a no contest plea to a single count in each case and a sentence to probation.
Being a fierce competitor and natural litigator, Andrew’s been able to use his knowledge of the law and courtroom prowess to achieve successful results for his clients. Not only is Andrew at home in the courtroom, having tried dozens of cases in front of juries and judges throughout the state, but he is also a skilled negotiator who strives to achieve settlement when possible.
Andrew is a client-centered advocate who practices with empathy, taking the time to listen to and get to know his clients on a personal level in order to identify unique strategies for each case. He is dedicated to helping people navigate complicated and difficult situations and finds great joy in helping to turn lemons into lemonade and create new beginnings.
Andrew spends his spare time being active in the great outdoors of Colorado with his wife and two boys. He is a former white water rafting guide and enjoys skiing, hiking, cycling, rock climbing, kayaking, and paddle boarding.
